Yes, once it's been logged, you are fucked. The AI will simply recognise it as a reported image. But that takes human intervention. If some prick reports it, that's unavoidable.

AI can't read it, not only because it's tilted, but because the compression creates artefacts and loses pixels so that OCR can't work well, if at all.
