I worked for an oil company for many years, and still have friends working at various oil companies.
I never heard of any of them making employees take the vaccine. Some that were having to travel abroad may have had to take it to travel but I didn't hear of that either.
I think that woman picked the wrong industry to flag as losing all their people, which in my opinion makes her information some what suspect.
She never said her company made their employees get the Vax, she said they wanted to know which ones did, meaning they did not have a mandate or else they would ask for a list of who didn't.

She NEVER said anything about forcing "Vax" and for another poster, she was specifically speaking about people who received the Vax, not just people who would be retiring in the next few years. She stated exactly Vax and people who took them and the need to possibly replace those people in the next 1 to 3 years.
