It could be a pleat in the clothing, or a pocket, or it’s just a cheap coat because she was cheap clothing. It looks like the same could be coming out I do sell a lot so it does look like it belongs there sort of. It really looks like the seam is coming out of her coat, and we all know her clothes are cheap cheap cheap just like she is.
