Desalinization technology has been around for a while. CA could solve its energy and freshwater problems by building a couple of nuclear reactors and desalinization plants up and down the coast.

Instead they choose to blow all of their money on who knows what and run to the Feds for help on anything serious. Its a sick fucking joke that needs to end.
