HCQ is like a "helper" drug.

A black hat has a Damsel in distress tied to a chair in a locked room and the warrior is trying to get in to save the day.

If the virus is the black hat, the cell is the damsel in distress, the antiviral(vitamin D, Zinc) is the warrior/hero, then HCQ is the thief who can pick the lock.
