What is 'russian style'? Auditors who go home at the end of the day to do some cossack dancing and throw down some smirnoff?

I guess when you cant say anything about it is russian, but the russian bugaboo has been the go-to for every dem hoax fantasy for the last 4 years, its hard to give up.
