Just reported on Newsmax. Reporters have been offered no explanation or update as to why Biden is two hours late for a press conference at the G7.

Getting the right mix of stimulants to make Joe seem lucid is probably more of an art than a science. It probably didn't go well, and I believe that is most likely explanation.
