Most of it does, but it depends on how critical the info is. She really didn’t give a lot away other than saying she’d been censored. They would have looked a lot worse cutting her off while she was talking about their censorship. Don’t expect to see her on any MSM network again... ever.
There usually is a time delay, usually reserved for more important broadcasts... but when a reporter is reporting on a heat wave.. yea, I bet the powers that be were eating a piece of juicy steak while laughing at how the peasants will be eating insects.

I think call-in shows do, and the producer is always ready to mute.
That wouldn't be necessary when it is only your employees doing the talking.
The person in the control room would only be listening for swear words anyway.
