Serious question: If and once it's proven that not only mass fraud occurred, but that Trump also won most electoral votes, what happens next?

I somehow doubt Biden will step down and allow Trump to be president, and the Supreme Court will likely say the case is moot again.

How can Trump be rightfully POTUS again?

There may be an attempt for the SCOTUS to do the right thing, if it fails the "sniff test" the only way will be the military via the Law of War..
