They have algorithms that predict what people what to buy at a certain time of the day depending on their mood, location, viewing, and buying habits, etc.
Project Looking Glass, from what I can gather, seems to be a giant version of predictive algorithms. A probability AI.
Not entirely sure, but to me it seems that Q and others have used different versions of this prediction technology to war game every strategy.
And couple that with procedurally generated algorithms, you could essentially just run scenarios nonstop through an AI until you get a plan with the highest % chance of working.
