I'm not sure how many electors Arizona would gain for Trump but I think we still need 2-3 states to decertify maybe 2 depending on which states. Can anyone else confirm that?

If President Trump won AZ and GA he only needs one of the so-called Blue Wall states of PA, MI, WI to win the electoral college.

Just like every county needs to certify for a state to certify. All states must certify to certify a federal election. Remember the uproar when that Michigan precinct was refusing to certify?
