On her Facebook page — and in a previous story in the Herald-Tribune — she claims she was brought to New Orleans to develop a strain of cancer to be used as a biological weapon to kill Castro. Oswald would get the strain to Mexico City, where contacts would take it to Cuba. From there Castro would be injected with it, and his death would look like it was from the cigars he smoked. But Oswald’s contacts never showed in Mexico City because of Hurricane Flora, and Plan B was put into action: Kill Kennedy.

She wrote the reason she was chosen was because she was an “anti-Castro ‘patriot,’ easily manipulated, trained to work safely with deadly cancer viruses who had worked in primitive conditions.” She added by 1963 she had memorized — and helped develop “the best formula to grow human cancer cells that existed.” She also fell in love, she said, with Oswald.

Baker insists that Oswald was working for the CIA and FBI and was framed for the murder. She contends it was set up by a coalition of the United States government and private interests she did not identify. She also has said she knew of the plan two days before it happened, but would be killed herself if she said anything.
