If memory serves, I think there were two men hiding off to the left when Ashli was shot. This might be why people are remembering two? different men. There may have been multiple videos shot from different angles.

The dude was not black in those early videos. And rhe constant posts showing the angle of the gun in screenshots did not show this dude.
Looks like him in my video from the 15th. First time I found a shot from an angle he appears.
