What if she was poisoned if she is dead?
I don't know whether she's dead or not, but she wasn't killed by a bullet from that gun.
She most certainly wasn't killed by a gun. As someone else pointed out, at the height she was at when standing in the window, and with the angle of the gun, she would've been shot in the knee. If she were to be shot in the neck, there would be way more blood than there was.
Also, gunshots but everyone just stood still? Cops did nothing? Doesn't make one bit of sense.
