Things offered as Vaccination Bribes: College Tuition, 1-1.58 million dollar lottery, Doughnuts, Joints, Beer, Six flags tickets, Custom Guns, custom outfitted trucks, lifetime hunting and fishing licenses, getaways to West Virginia’s state parks, Major league baseball tickets

I get to add, Get out of Jail free card, Citizenship, work incentives including (but not limited to) vacation time and a burger. Any others? Anyone know if that was a "meat" burger offering?
