My recycling has been delayed (live in NJ), due to a 'national truck driver shortage'... Can anyone explain to me why we, all the sudden, have a national truck driver shortage? Once your recycling gets to the facility and gets sorted, it must be trucked to another location. Otherwise, it starts piling up.
