I asked one I know in DC who deals with buildings there. Said the FBI was looking to move/relocate but as of very recently have not found a new building and still it would take many months to remodel the new building to accommodate their needs.

During the O admin there were rumors that all federal govt was to move to the Denver area and that DC govt has only skeletal crew for appearances. Though rumors back then, with this now I just wonder.
