They are only charging them with stupid things like trespassing. They didnt commit treason.

I would hope they wouldnt admit to that but I have seen people do some pretty stupid things and yes the media would eat that up. I dont think they could apply treason laws to these cases then again, the deep state doesn't seem to care about committing crimes of their own.
