That movie is based off actual trafficking that occurred in south Africa during the 80s.

What blows my mind are people who deny that children or humans would ever be found on a shipping containers. Stop the denial and look it up. Its extremely prevalent on boats and ships. So prevalent that you can find thousands of articles about trafficking on maritime news site
