I pray President Trump comes back before the electricity goes off. If not, it will be a very hot summer/or 10 hot days for most of our nation.
You read my mind dangit! Hoping the same, we are in a BRUTAL heat wave and its only going to get worse. For all we know 10,000 Chinamen are pointing heat-ray guns at our skys lol. Kidding not kidding!
We bought a brand new 3 ton unit last year and my husband installed everything except he had to call an HVAC guy to come out, sweat the lines and fill it with freon. Not kidding, turned it on a few weeks back and now my unit keeps freezing up. I have been sweating myself to death waiting for someone to come and see what happened to it. But yes, I can imagine the hardship it will cause on a lot of people; especially the elderly and the sick. I myself am 61 years old and it's all I can do now to go without it. But by the grace of God, I'm sure I can manage. Other people I am not so sure of.
Jeez, I hope that is resolved quick for you. Had a similar issue a few years back, turned out to be a crappy condenser, $200ish fix. I hope its a quick/easy resolution for you.
I do too. It's been a nightmare. 6 ceiling fans and 5 floor fans going and all they're doing is pushing HOT air. Thank you for your concern.
