In the same breath he is still talking about how proud he is of the vax and how wonderful he thinks it is. He has recommended that everyone get it, he included " people who voted for me" in that recommendation. He just sounds like he's saying he thinks it's unnecessary so why bother, not really saying he thinks it's dangerous. He's very proud of it.

I wonder why he says that it was an accident that it leaked?
