There is still no evidence of transmission of the spike protein at all, much less in the large volumes that would be required to adversely affect somebody else.
The mRNA that instructs a person's cells to produce the spike protein is not transmitted to others by any known mechanism either.
Therefore, based on current information, the injected people have harmed their own health but are not a danger to the rest of us.
