I’m similar to you. Almost never (you’ve inspired me to go to never) take aspirin/tylenol- very rarely, maybe 3x in last 5y? No flu shot in recent history- not for my kids either. Husband stopped for the most part, but has given in sometimes; he may never again based on this pandemic. We eat pretty healthy and I’m learning about alternative medicines.
