Raffensperger in GA tried the same tactics back in January. I believe the Military JAG plunked his ass down and gave him his options.

Comply with audits under the Constitution RULE OF LAW or
Face the consequences (Military Tribunal! If he remains dense; High Crimes = Treason...perhaps he was able to comprehend that!)

We see how quickly Raffensperger is tooting a new tune these days about GA rules/laws about the election.

Let's see if the CO legislature 'limits' SOS powers just like the Michigan legislature did with Whitmer!
