6. White Hats construct identity "Richard BEEBO Russell" who steals an Alaskan Airlines [Q 400] airplane

7. White Hats fly plane around remotely and does fantastic barrel rolls

8. Crash Q400 into Ketron Island to mobilize an IMMEDIATE UNFETTERED INVESTIGATION on the island
