Urban warfare has been a part of infantry training for many decades. We did it when I was enlisted back in the 80's.
So, the plan has been in operation for that long…interesting.

Got news for you. Theyve been doing this since I can remember in the 80s.
There was a lot of pushback as they were not supposed to operate in urban areas, like US streets. Maybe it turns out to be a good thing.
