I'd put a disclaimer on the very bottom warning them to make sure their wills/trusts are updated... even if they win, they won't be alive to collect in person! Choose your next of kin carefully.

Good point. Also may add that life insurance doesnt pay out if death caused by experimental drugs or treatments.
