PA sent out 1.8m mail in ballots, and recieved 2.5 million.

They got 700,000 MORE ballots than they sent out.

Where did those 700k ballots come from?

You’re right, it’s not correct. This all started when Giuliani mixed up the number of ballots sent out in the primary (about 1.8 million) and the number sent out in the general election (a bit north of 3 million). But once something gets out on the Internet....
