You think your android phone is any different?

The difference is Amazon is interested in marketing and Google is interested in ending privacy as we know it.

I'm fully aware that amazon devices are always listening which is why I don't keep them on 24/7. Also, you can trigger an Alexa response without a physical device using the mobile app.
