Even if they know they were all fraudulently marked for Biden, they would still have to evaluate them.

Maybe that's why they've delayed to the 26th?

I don't presume to know this to be fact, but where does Jovan Pulitzer live? I've read his twitter feed and he appears to be quite the outdoorsman. Montana would fit.
