If anyone can give me some information regarding discriminating unvaccinated employees in the work place by only letting vaccinated employees choose to wear their mask or not please send this information my way.

im getting a mask that says "I DIDN'T HAVE THE CHOICE #MASKORVAXX" and will be wearing it into work when the policy enacts. customers will see.
I would just not wear one. And when they ask for vaccine ID tell them that’s illegal personal information. And if they fire you sue them.
I'm going at it a different route. With a new understanding I grasped I now want to start my own business while educating people about bottom lines. The ultimate goal is to show the bottom line is super important and you can't treat them like shit. Even if we just don't wear our masks for me this has gotten to a point it runs so much deeper now. To even consider that a condition of employment.

Im not trying to get out of the mask. Im going to wear my mask loud and proud to prove a point.
I think this is counterproductive. I would just not wear a mask. People can think whatever they want, but wouldn’t you rather live in truth? Masks don’t help! If anything they hurt! Just take it off dude.
I know. But in light of the amc gme thing I have grasped a whole new understanding of things. When you read the charts you base your stock bet off the bottom line. That tells me in the real world these corporations and highly depend on their bottom line.
I'm not American so I'm unsure legally regarding the HIPPA and stuff, but from what I've gathered reading on this site it's more the fact they cant ask you to prove you've been vaccinated as it violates your private health?
Again idk, but it sounds more like it's workplaces making this distinction without having any way to legally check who's been vaxxed or not without violating personal discretion. So really you can just take off your mask and if they ask for proof then you can shout discrimination/legal violation.

my issue with it is the fact its even a considerable condition to allow one group of people to a choice another group of people dont have. American is built entirely around equal oppurtunity and this past political nightmare is making us appear thats not the case. And with these new job conditions being sent down im going to proudly wear my mask when the policy goes into place with my choice words on it. the law here says no discrimination based on religion, race, gender, whatever but nothing about medicals. however it is illegal here to create an unfavorable work place for one group of people and not hold another group of people to the same standards. AKA segregation.
