If anyone can give me some information regarding discriminating unvaccinated employees in the work place by only letting vaccinated employees choose to wear their mask or not please send this information my way.

I'm not American so I'm unsure legally regarding the HIPPA and stuff, but from what I've gathered reading on this site it's more the fact they cant ask you to prove you've been vaccinated as it violates your private health?
Again idk, but it sounds more like it's workplaces making this distinction without having any way to legally check who's been vaxxed or not without violating personal discretion. So really you can just take off your mask and if they ask for proof then you can shout discrimination/legal violation.
If any American can confirm/deny if I got it right.
my issue with it is the fact its even a considerable condition to allow one group of people to a choice another group of people dont have. American is built entirely around equal oppurtunity and this past political nightmare is making us appear thats not the case. And with these new job conditions being sent down im going to proudly wear my mask when the policy goes into place with my choice words on it. the law here says no discrimination based on religion, race, gender, whatever but nothing about medicals. however it is illegal here to create an unfavorable work place for one group of people and not hold another group of people to the same standards. AKA segregation.
