The type of people that authorize control over their thermostat in exchange for gibs are the same type that will take the jab if it enrolls them in lotteries and giveaways. These are the weak minded and weak willed and I have no sympathy for them.

I know what you mean, but actually those people are stupid and gullible - however, experiences like this can help them become wiser over time, if they can learn from it.
