They have an app for every area on earth. Some are auto installing, some are not. My state is not, I guess I'm lucky for now. I'm guessing blue states and Marxist countries (Canada, UK, Australia, and most other countries on earth these days) are highest risk for that.

Search 'android exposure notification system' and follow the instructions to get to Google Play store and the app for your region. Then search for that app on your phone and remove it if it installed itself without you knowing.

Please post everything you find about this so we can all figure out how to avoid being tracked like slaves or criminals.
