I just looked at my mayonnaise and it is made with soy oil. When did that happen? Happily, mayonnaise is easy to make and fresh mayo is delicious. Would anybody like a sandwich?

Avocado or canola mayo...some health foods have "Soy Free" written on the front of the package otherwise you gotta read the fine print on the back...almost like they don't want you to notice it's full of crap
