Oh! OHHHhhhhh! You're gonna try to get off 'easy' (hah! tax the trees...) Tax the trees AND any of that WAYCISSS shade they provide! AND, tax the leaves - every ONE of them ('cuz they're using the sunlight). Anybody with trees in their yard is gonna PAY REPARATIONS!!! AND, anybody that lives on a street with trees is gonna have CULTURAL REPROGRAMMING!!! REEEEEED-DEE-REEE-DEE, REE, EEEE... EEEE!!!
