If this movie plays out as everyone is hoping it will, there probably won't be any impeachment. If he is regarded as an enemy combatant under the Law of War, a straight forward arrest by the military, followed by a tribunal, may be in order. Not sure of constitutional procedure over there (UK here) but if he is deemed not to be the president, wouldn't he just be an ordinary citizen?
