SSRIs and Diazepam are NOT needed for MCAS. This is just pushing people towards more horrible drugs they don’t need. The only thing on there I will vouch for is LDN and supplements like Vit C, D, fish oil. MCAS can also be managed with diet and things like Claritin and Pepcid.

Steroids like Prednisone are absolute poison for your body. There is a reason doctors hand them out like candy, they are a bandaid that will not help you long term.

I would use bentonite clay and activated charcoal capsules. Mixing the clay dose with water.

An epi pen is probably needed by some.
