For the people saying I can't watch this...I'm sure the children would switch places with you and just watch instead. But they didn't have the choice and are counting on adults to be strong for them, and not be weak. Part of the reason why these things occur is because we are too weak to see it. I believe it's important for our eyes to see and our hearts to feel. Otherwise it becomes too easy to become complacent.

With that said, it's different for a person who's been a victim or had a personal experience with abuse. For them it's likely not healthy to view.
