A third party (Blackrock) executes the trades that the treasury department dictates. This gets everything out of the hands of the FED except for the printing of money.

Have we traded one group of foreign and hostile money-masters for a different set, but equally hostile? Blackrock are up to no good with the housing market, and its difficult to see why there is any benefit in giving them any finger in the currency pie.
