Noticed people have been succumbing to their worries, whether of persecution, prosecution, or whatever have you. I'm no exception.
But if fear is control, then liberty is lost on we the fearful.
Now I’m not saying to post anything stupid, and I’m especially saying don’t do anything stupid. Heck, I’m not even saying be fearless. Keep your vpn’s on, try alternate browsers, prepare supplies, and whatever precautions you deem necessary.
But what I am saying, though, is be rational. If we let that fear control us, no amount of winning tomorrow could ever save us from ourselves. If we let us stop us from discussing our own ideas (within legal reasons) then all we’ve managed to pacify ourselves. For me it was poverty. Totally unrational, so much so that after realising that, I stopped working and started doing just what makes me happy. Fear of poverty was the only thing making me go to work, I didn’t need the paycheck.
Since it is so scary to you, you can’t even think about it. They use that against you, driving up fear for covid, the maskless, the vaccine, the climate, Trump. The list goes on.
