It's my understanding that the NWO only exist nebulously. The NWO is actually a design of a "Utopian"society that is technologically advanced, totalitarian owned and operated by the global state, all needs met by the global state; brave new world type thing where the state is inchargenof everything including your sex life and including reproduction which will not involve coupl s, families or even people, and including all of your personal medical decisions. Everything will be contained, there will be no freedom but the idea is that the basic concerns and needs of the human mind will be met, neurealizing the stress factored that drive people to do things and in theory making everyone satisfied. They believe they can do away with disease, poverty, and war and establish healthan happiness in everyone if they can just get control of everything and have everyone who is alive surrender their submission to the total dominance of the state who believes it is looking out for the common interest of human kind..

What you are referring to would be deep state cabal figures. Those are the ones ushering in the NWO.

If compared to the bible the plan and design of the new world order would be the "image of the beast" since it is only a blueprint but does not yet exist.
