My son had an opinion at 5 so I don't think it's bad to bring them up knowing what is going on with their country. We're in this mess because people don't teach their children what is going on. Also, the children's shirts only speak of Trump and they are positive, the adults speak of Xiden.
Please don't misunderstand me. I think people should teach their kids what is going on. Just I think it's best to let them decide if it's something they support or not. If their opinion happens to be retarded, talk and educate them imo.
I agree we are in this mess in part because people don't know what's going on. But I also think it's because we let our principles slip. We say fine, what's another sip of whiskey? What's another? Nothing - until we're red in the face drunk.
I call out the left when they make their sons wear dresses because, clearly, it's the parents' decision. They don't even know what the fk gender is. Now do I think some kid wearing a shirt reading Trump is anywhere near as bad? Of course not. I just think it's a step in the wrong direction to use your children to voice your ideas, and culture rests on a slippery slope as is.
Also, I had many opinions when I was 5 too. Few of them were mine.
