Luckily, Russia doesn't care about sanctions. They've been in the process of dumping the dollar for years. This includes trading oil in yuan and rubles and creating an alternative to the Swift system. Latest news: https://www.rt.com/russia/525569-dollar-wealth-fund-currency/
