Not to rain on anyone's parade, but isn't this a moot point? Pretty sure the Constitution says the president has to be chosen by a specific date, which we're well past.
Unless somebody can give me an example of where something like this has been done before in our past, I don't see how you overturn things at this point.
When is a precedent set? Hint: It's always the first time it happens Also, we are quite a young Country
Okay, but what part of the Constitution says it's possible? What's the legal process that gives you the ability to make it happen? Unless I missed something, the constitution says the president much be chosen by a specific date, and it's final at that point. If we take back the house and senate in 2022, we could vote to impeach biden and harris (assuming enough republicans in congress have spine to do so), and pray whatever speaker the pubs choose is worth a shit as president, but I don't see how you think you can unseat the president* once the cutoff date has passed.
I'm not trying to be a doomer here, I just don't see how you think you're going to make trump president by august. Even a revolution/coup (which, hi glowies, I don't endorse) would take longer than that
Show me in the Constitution where it says it's "final at that point". Fraud vitiates everything.
