I guess the military may need to pick up the ball and run with it if the current state government won’t deal with it. Another plot twist in any case. I wonder if this might prompt other corrupt state legislators to recess so their impending audits can die on the vine. Just musing here. I have no idea what legal ramifications this recess will have in the larger picture.
