Essentially, Richard drove by and saw that all flags are down, none visible whatsoever. Just empty flagpoles all around. Has this ever happened before?

D.C. is a ghost town. All federal buildings are closed. Some boarded up. No one is talking about it. The media is silent. We know why..

Even the "they're still working from home" excuse is not holding up as I've never seen offices boarded up because it's vacant, even ones around here that have been vacant for years. Also "they're under renovation" can't answer "so where are the workers doing the renovation? Where are the dumpsters and pallets of material? Where is the NOISE?"
