I'm not aware that Q has clearly proclaimed anything at all, let alone clearly proclaiming that what you are assuming is factual.

A defectors word is not going to create a war with China. Many people who were involved have claimed the same things but it hasn't changed anything.

When exactly did Q say we would declare war? Isn't the fraud due to be uncovered soon?
