It was one of the most BEAUTIFUL days in American history to see that many patriots show up for a peaceful protest. No other country would've had that many come from sea to shining sea.
I met so many wonderful families, from all over the country! Good people! I am so grateful that I went. So many great moments, even when I was walking back to the hotel I noticed how immaculate the streets were. Half a million people and hardly any trash cans and yet the place was still clean. How the day is portrayed is so mind boggling, I find it hard to believe. I will go again tomorrow if he asks!
I'm so thrilled that I went and I'd go back again in a heartbeat. It's a day that I'll remember VERY fondly for the rest of my life.
And it has been INCREDIBLE to share my journey with others who couldn't go. We're the light to the world about what actually happened on that day. Remember it and live life like it!
While we didn’t go on Jan 6th, we went to the Tea Party in 2009 at the behest of our older daughter, for her 15th birthday. We had the best time meeting so many other Patriots and talking with them, everywhere we went that weekend. I also went to a Trump rally late 2016 and to the Trump Inauguration. Exact same experiences, every time. I love the people I meet at all these events. They are my people, people who love our country and who are fighting hard to save it!
I have a photo taken from the south steps of the Capitol that day. I was among the first to arrive, not aware there was even a breach at that point.
As more and more Patriots gathered there, I took a pic of the sea of freedom behind me. It was the most awe-inspiring feeling I've ever had (next to giving birth). Knowing MILLIONS of AMERICANS have each other's backs.
THAT is power and why we are so dangerous to the Powers That WERE
