There is a clown who visits next door to me. Wears a glittering gold "I cant breathe" shirt. Honk honk. If I wasnt followed around by these joggers in packs when they make noise at 12am+ and I ask for quiet.. I might be more vocal. Some of us work at 4am! True story. It's fucked up.
